Mission
The mission of the USJ Advancement Office is to assist the University of Saint Joseph Macao (USJ) meet the needs of current and future strategic objectives, scholarships, internships, enhancement of current facilities and development of new construction projects by seeking financial support and available resources through the development, cultivation, solicitation, and engagement of philanthropic partners, private donors, foundations, corporations, alumni, and volunteers, locally and around the world.

Our vision is to create top of mind presence among our local and the global community to enhance the University’s image that will lead to desired levels of support and advocacy from public and private sectors.

Established in 1996 by the Catholic University of Portugal and the Diocese of Macao, the University of Saint Joseph (USJ), previously known as Macau Inter-University Institute, is a Catholic university in, of and for Macao, and China, modelled after top Universities in Europe and is now a hub for international collaboration, framed by Macao’s unique local character.
